Tan Uyen takes lead in digital signature installation for citizens

On the afternoon of May 28, Tan Uyen city’s People’s Committee held a conference to review the five-year implementation (2021–2025) of the Master Program on State Administrative Reform for the 2021–2030 period in the city.

Over the past five years, under the leadership of the city’s Party Committee and People’s Committee, the city’s administrative reform efforts achieved numerous positive results, especially in associating administrative reform with digital transformation. Specifically, as of May 2025, 19,390 applications were processed via online payment, accounting for 66.86% while 9,610 applications (33.14%) were processed through direct payment or other methods. Community digital technology teams actively participated in the local digital transformation process by guiding and assisting citizens in using online public services and promoting the installation of public service accounts and digital signatures. On this occasion, Tan Uyen city’s People’s Committee commended 30 collectives and individuals for their outstanding achievements in State administrative reform during the 2021–2025 period.
