Provincial leaders work with Ben Cat City on progress of local projects
On the morning of May 30, Mr. Bui Minh Thanh, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, and a provincial delegation had a working session with Ben Cat City on the progress of projects in the city.

The report at the meeting showed that the Project to Clear the Ring Road 4 of Ho Chi Minh City from Thu Bien Bridge - Saigon River, the entire route, is expected to have 874 records/1,420 land plots, about 14km; a public meeting was held to announce the resolution and plan to implement land recovery, investigation, survey, measurement, and counting of land and assets attached to land in 4 wards. The City People's Committee has issued 825 land recovery notices, reaching a rate of 94.4%.
For the Project of Construction of drainage system on DT744 section through Phu An commune and An Tay ward, the City People's Committee has issued 168 land reclamation notices, reaching a rate of 97.7%; currently there are 4 remaining files (ownerless). The Land Fund Development Center is contacting the land users; counting 157 files, reaching a rate of 91.3%.
In addition, the City People's Committee is implementing the correct procedures, progress, and time of the projects to upgrade, expand, and drain water; Tan Dinh 2 220kV transformer station and connecting lines; Project to upgrade and expand the route from DH606 to the border of the North My Phuoc beltway (An Dien Administrative Center); Dong An Tay Urban Area Project; Bac An Tay Urban Area Project, etc.
At the meeting, leaders of the Provincial People's Committee and provincial departments and branches discussed and gave opinions on some issues related to difficulties and problems in the project implementation process. Thereby, the delegates proposed feasible solutions in compensation and site clearance, determined to well implement the plan to implement key projects and works in Ben Cat city.
