Provincial Labor Confederation reorganizes its operations

Binh Duong Provincial Labor Confederation has held the 7th Executive Committee meeting, term XI (term 2023 - 2028), agreeing on the Project to reorganize the apparatus, organization, and staff of Provincial Trade Union.

Accordingly, it is expected that from April 1, 2025, the Provincial Labor Federation will reduce from 6 committees to 5 committees under the direction of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor. Finance Department (remain unchanged); Office (retain the same name, receive the emulation and reward work from Policy - Law Department); Propaganda - Women's Union Department (retain the same name, transfer the female labor policy work to Policy - Law Department); Policy - Law Department (transfer emulation and reward work to the Office; receive the female labor policy work from the Propaganda - Women's Union Department, change the name to Policy - Law and Labor Relations Department); merge Organization Department and Inspection Committee (change the name to Organization - Inspection Department).

Local industry unions reduced from 4 units to 3 units. Namely, Textile and Garment Trade Union remains unchanged. Dissolution of 3 local industry trade unions including: Civil Servants' Union, Health Sector Union and Education Sector Union from March 31, 2025. Establish two trade unions directly above the grassroots level, managing grassroots trade unions and union members of dissolved units, called Provincial Party Agencies’ Trade Union and Provincial Government Agencies’ Trade Union, officially operating from April 1, 2025.
