Leaders extend congratulations on Russia Day

Also on the same day, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh extended his greetings to Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin. National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man sent congratulatory messages to Speaker of the Russian Federal Assembly’s Federation Council Valentina Matvienko and to Chairman of the Federal Assembly’s State Duma Vyacheslav Volodin.

On this occasion, Deputy PM and Minister of Foreign Affairs Bui Thanh Son extended his congratulations to Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov./.
