Bau Bang district organizes many practical activities to take care of union members and workers

On May 29, Bau Bang District Labor Federation held a conference to review trade union work in the first 6 months of the year and deploy directions and tasks for the last 6 months of 2025.

In the past 6 months, Bau Bang District Labor Federation coordinated to visit and give Tet gifts to 324 workers who worked through Tet. At the same time, the unit considered supporting 26 cases of serious illness and 1 case of death due to work accident; so far, support has been provided to 9 cases with a total amount of 72 million VND. In particular, during Workers' Month, the District Labor Federation presented 1,071 gifts to workers with a total value of more than 114 million VND; considered supporting 28 gifts, each worth 1 million VND, for workers in difficult circumstances...

At the conference, 1 collective and 5 individuals received certificates of merit from General Confederation of Labor for their outstanding achievements in the emulation movement for good workers and building a strong Trade Union organization in 2024; 3 collectives received emulation flags from the Provincial Confederation of Labor for their outstanding achievements in the emulation movement in 2024. The Provincial Federation of Labor also awarded certificates of merit to 19 collectives and 10 individuals with outstanding achievements in the emulation movement for good workers and building a strong Trade Union organization in 2024 and 2 individuals with outstanding achievements in the movement "Good at public work, good at housework" in 2024.
