The provincial People's Committee has recently issued Decision No. 1169/QD-UBND regarding the implementation plan for Decision No. 1703/QD-TTg, dated December 31, 2024, from the Prime Minister, as well as Plan No. 191-KH/TU, dated December 25, 2024, from the Provincial Party Committee. This initiative is in response to Directive No. 38-CT/TW, dated July 30, 2024, from the Central Party Secretariat, which focuses on advancing national quality measurement standards through 2030 and beyond. The plan is designed to foster a significant transformation in the awareness and actions of departments, branches, sectors, authorities at all levels, and the public regarding standards, measurement, and quality. It aims to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of state management while establishing mechanisms, policies, and resource allocation for standards, measurement, and quality initiatives.

Departments, branches, sectors, and People's Committees of districts and cities proactively and diligently execute the assigned tasks outlined in the plan to ensure progress, quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. The Department of Science and Technology leads and collaborates with relevant departments, branches, sectors, and localities to facilitate the implementation of the plan.
