4th industrial revolution technology applied in tourism management, communication, and promotion

On May 29, at Binh Duong University, the Department of Culture, Sports, and Tourism collaborated with various units to inaugurate a training course focused on the application of 4.0 technology in management, communication, and tourism promotion through social networks in 2025.

The training course was conducted over two days (May 29 and 30), with over 60 participants comprising officials and civil servants engaged in state tourism management under the Department of Culture, Information, and Science of various districts and cities, as well as leaders, managers, and staff from tourist areas, attractions, hotels, and tourism service enterprises within the province.

During the training period, participants will receive guidance from instructors on pertinent topics, including: an overview of technology and social networks; training on the utilization of Gemini, ChatGPT, Invideo, social networks, Upresenter, and Canva for tourism development in Binh Duong province; and instructions on creating chatbots for the tourism industry in Binh Duong province.

Students also collaborate in groups, engage in discussions, and receive feedback from the instructor to develop a script, video clip, or Upresenter presentation file focused on tourism for their unit.
