2025 campaign on “Youth joining hands to promote digital literacy” launched
Early May 29, provincial Steering Committee for Community Digital Transformation organized a training conference for youth volunteer teams and groups, launched the “Digital Literacy for All” movement and officially kicked off the 2025 campaign on “Youth joining hands to promote digital literacy” at provincial Convention and Exhibition Center. Nearly 1,000 officials, Youth Union members and young people attended the conference in person at provincial level and online at the district and commune levels across the province.

At the conference, the organizers launched the 2025 campaign on “Youth joining hands to promote digital literacy”. The campaign will be implemented in two phases from now until August 15, with the goals of enhancing digital skills for 52,000 Youth Union members, assisting 200,000 residents and businesses in installing SmartCA digital signatures and organizing “Digital Literacy for All” classes for 100% of Youth Union officials across the province.
