“Joyful and healthy children – advancing towards Youth Union” festival

Early March 24, the Standing Committee of provincial Youth Union and Young Pioneer Organization (YPO) organized provincial “Joyful and healthy children – advancing towards the Youth Union” festival for the 2024–2025 academic year at Chu Van An Secondary School’s YPO detachment in Thu Dau Mot city. This school was selected as provincial-level pilot unit.

At the event, Le Tuan Anh, Pernament Vice Secretary of provincial Youth Union and Chairman of provincial YPO launched a five-week peak emulation campaign to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification (April 30, 1975 – April 30, 2025). He expressed hope that through the festival's activities, with pride in the glorious tradition of previous generations and the responsibility to continue the revolutionary cause of the Party and beloved Uncle Ho, students would strive to study, train and become obedient children, excellent students, good YPO members and Uncle Ho’s obedient children.

At the program, the Standing Committee of provincial Youth Union and YPO awarded 10 scholarships worth VND 10 million to 10 poor-but-excellent students. The Youth Union branch of Chu Van An Secondary School also held a ceremony to admit 80 outstanding students as new Youth Union members.
